Wild Small River Prawns

Rinse the small river prawns several times under clean water. Don’t rub it with your hands. It will wash off the shrimp seeds. The river prawns are generally quite clean. After washing, control the water. Wash the other ingredients and set aside. Cut the shallots and red peppers. Cut into small cubes, shred ginger
