Wine-flavored Salmon Bone
1.
Wash the salmon bones, drain the water, and cut into 5cm cubes.
2.
Juice half a lemon.
3.
Mix well with lemon juice, 50ml white wine, salt, add salmon bones and marinate for about 1 hour.
4.
Cover the baking tray with tin foil, place the marinated salmon bones on the baking tray, and pour the sauce.
5.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
6.
Preheat the oven to 160°, put the salmon bones in the baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes until the sauce is dry and the fish bones are cooked.
7.
Take out the baking tray and spray with the remaining white wine, put it in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until the white wine is dry.
8.
Take out the baking tray again and sprinkle with chili powder, put it in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes.
Tips:
1 Cook some wine after the fish bones are cooked, and continue to bake it to dryness, which can make the wine more rich and compelling.
2 If you like spicy food, you can add more chili powder. I only put a little bit to make it look good and not spicy.
