Babies who have seen the cafeteria late at night should know what to do. That soup is really not covered. I ate two bowls. Especially suitable for winter~~~ Eat it while it’s hot

Wine Steamed Clams

1. You can buy sake in sushi places. Don't use liquor to replace the soup.

2. Add salt to the clams and spit water for more than 1 hour

3. Garlic and Dried Peppers in a Simmering Pot

4. Add clams and stir-fry over high heat, all at once.

5. Add light soy sauce and 60ml sake. Cover the pot and cook for 3 minutes

6. Open the lid and add butter (add as much as you like) on medium heat

7. After the butter has melted, add green onions to low heat. Out of the pot

Tips:

The late night cafeteria said: clams are delicious without a grain of sand. Remember to pour the soup on the rice after eating the clams.
