Winter Melon and Clam Soup

Remove the flesh and skin of winter melon, wash and slice and set aside.

After washing the clams, add water and cook them, remove the clams to get the meat, and set aside for soup.

Add oil to the hot pan, then pour the winter melon and stir-fry until it is soft, then pour the clam meat and clam soup, turn to a low heat and simmer for a while, add the egg liquid and bring it to a boil again.
Tips:
You can order some sesame oil, but I didn't add it because I didn't like it.
