Winter Melon and Coriander Boiled Meatballs

1. Cut the winter melon into thick slices, and cut the parsley onion into sections.

2. Add chopped green onions, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, eggs, and cooked oil to the pork filling.

3. Start a pot and boil water. The amount of water is a little more. When the water reaches the bubbling sound side, turn down the heat.

4. Dump the meat into small balls and put it in the water. Don't stir the balls before they float.

5. After the balls have floated, use a spoon to remove the froth.

6. Add a spoonful of salt.

7. Sprinkle white pepper.

8. Add the winter melon slices and cook for 5 minutes.

9. Add green onions and coriander.

10. Boil the coriander to soften and add a small amount of sesame oil.

11. Finished product.
