Winter Melon and Coriander Boiled Meatballs

Cut the winter melon into thick slices, and cut the parsley onion into sections.

Add chopped green onions, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, eggs, and cooked oil to the pork filling.

Start a pot and boil water. The amount of water is a little more. When the water reaches the bubbling sound side, turn down the heat.
