Winter Melon and Shrimp

Soak a small handful of dried shrimps in water for 5 minutes.

Peel the winter melon, remove the flesh, slice, and cut the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a pot, add shallots and garlic until fragrant.

Add winter melon shrimp and a spoonful of soybean paste.

Stir fry until the winter melon is slightly soft and rotten, add salt, mix well and turn off the heat.
