Winter Melon and Shrimp Soup

1. Material preparation

2. Winter melon peeled and fleshed

3. Wash clean and slice for later use

4. Peel and slice garlic for later use

5. Heat oil in a pot, add garlic, pepper, and ginger

6. Stir fry to get the aroma, add winter melon slices

7. Stir fry evenly
