Winter Melon, Barley, Cuttlefish Soup

Ingredients: 250 grams of winter melon, 20 grams of barley, 250 grams of cuttlefish, appropriate amount of water, a little salt

Wash the barley and soak in water for half an hour.

Wash the wax gourd and cut the skin into small pieces.

Wash the cuttlefish and remove the bones.
5.
Pour all the ingredients into a clay pot and add water.

Place it on the heating base and set it to the soup function.

After 1 hour and 20 minutes, shut down and uncover.

Pour into a bowl and season to serve.
Tips:
If you don’t have an automatic electric clay pot, you can put it on the stove, boil it first, and then simmer it for 1 hour.
When eating, it is seasoned and eaten according to your own taste, preferably light.
