In the current season, I really don’t know what to use to simmer the soup. I bought a piece of winter melon even though it was fresh. My mother-in-law said winter melon is the easiest to go bad. Maybe the soup simmered in the evening will go bad in the morning. Eat more and get more energy to lose weight!
