Winter Melon Big Bone Soup

Wash the chopped large bones and set aside

Cut ginger into small pieces

Put oil in the pot, put the ginger in and fry until fragrant

Enlarge the bone and stir fry until it changes color

Heat water to boil

Pour into the fort and simmer on a small fire, put the corn cut into sections and simmer with the big bones (forgot to take this step)

After 3 hours, when the big bone soup is basically simmered, start cooking the winter melon. Peel and wash first.

Cut into large pieces
9.
Put the winter melon and simmer for 10 minutes, add salt to taste
Tips:
Winter melon should not be simmered for too long, otherwise it will turn into a mush.
