Winter Melon Duck Frame Soup

Prepare the duck rack.

Tear off the fat and tip of the duck rack and chop it into small pieces.

Peel the winter melon and cut into large slices.

Wash and chop coriander.
5.
Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, sauté the ginger shreds, put it into the duck rack and stir fry evenly.

Pour boiling water.

After boiling, skim off the foam.
8.
Bring to high heat for 20 minutes, the soup is milky white.
9.
Add winter melon and continue to burn until the winter melon is ripe.
10.
Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
Duck frame soup must be drunk while it is hot to be delicious.
