I brought winter melon back from my hometown. It’s the best soup to clear away heat and relieve heat.

Winter Melon Fish Head Soup

1. Get the fish head ready

2. Ready winter melon

3. Winter melon peeled and cut into large pieces

4. The ginger is beaten flat and put in the soup pot

5. Add winter melon

6. Cover with lid and cook on medium heat

7. Raise the frying pan and put in the fish head

8. Flip and fry until golden brown on both sides

9. Add fish head and cook for about 20 minutes

10. Add salt to taste

11. Sheng out
