Winter Melon Ham and Chicken Soup

One piece of winter melon, peeled and left green

It means don’t cut it too thoroughly, leave some green skin in it, and then cut it into 1cm thick slices

A small luncheon meat, cut into slices, I personally like to use Merlin brand luncheon meat

Winter melon and luncheon meat line up in a line. Want to be beautiful, steam it for ten minutes

When steaming, prepare glutinous juice, Shi Yunsheng clear chicken soup, pepper, salt, wolfberry, sesame oil

Thicken the juice in the pot, add the wolfberry to improve the color before starting the pot, and then pour the juice on the steamed winter melon ham
Tips:
The soup sweat needs to be thicker to taste. Luncheon meat and winter melon will taste better when eaten together
