Winter Melon Lao Duck Soup

Wash the duck and cut it into large pieces, set a pot to boil water, and put the duck pieces in; blanch the duck pieces with boiled blood foam and drain them out

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan, add ginger and green onions and stir fry; stir fry until the aroma is released, add the blanched duck pieces and stir fry together

Stir the duck slightly and add some water and a few grains of wolfberry, red dates, astragalus, and yam; simmer for 30 minutes after boiling on high heat
