The heat-clearing and detoxifying effect of mung bean is mainly on the mung bean skin, and it will lose its effect if it is boiled for a long time. Therefore, although the mung bean porridge that we boiled for a long time to become rotten is good in nutrition, it does not have the effect of clearing heat and detoxification. After the water boils, add mung beans and boil it for 1 or 2 minutes to take out the mung bean soup. It is not only green in color, but also clears away heat and detoxifies. Tips:
1. Don't peel the lotus seeds, don't peel the winter melon. The lotus seed heart can be eaten, and you can remove it when you don't like it. Winter melon skin has better damp-removing effect than winter melon meat. You can also remove it when you can't chew the porridge, and its nutrients can be boiled into the porridge. It was deliberately not peeled, not "lazy"~
2. Adjust the consistency of the porridge yourself. If you want to eat it as a meal, it's better to be thicker.
