Mushroom Chicken Potato Braised Rice

Prepare the ingredients

Cut potatoes into small pieces, carrots into small cubes, and shiitake mushrooms into small cubes

Cut chicken legs into small pieces, marinate in oyster sauce, ginger powder and cooking wine for flavor

Pour cold oil in a hot pan, potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms and stir fry for a while

Add the marinated chicken legs and continue to stir fry until the meat starts to tighten

Pour in rice, add other seasonings and stir fry evenly

Transfer to an electric pressure cooker, add pure water according to the ratio of 1:1.1, close the lid and turn the opening and closing knob to the lock position

The operation interface selects the fast cooking function (the default time is 25 minutes)

Tips:
Small reminder
The chicken needs to be marinated in advance, my chicken thigh is not boneless, it is more convenient to eat it with meat
Stir-fry the ingredients before cooking to make the rice more delicious
