Pork Ribs Claypot Rice

Wash the japonica rice, add appropriate amount of water, and 2 tablespoons of peanut oil.

Select the claypot rice program to cook.

Cut the ribs into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the tempeh into small pieces, mince garlic, and shred ginger. Put ginger, minced garlic, and tempeh into the ribs, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of peanut oil, mix well, and marinate for preparation.

Wait for the rice cooker to beep, put in the marinated ribs, close the lid, and press the "start" button again.

Bring water to a boil in a boiling pot, add lettuce and a small amount of peanut oil, and remove after cooking.

Tips:
1 Japonica rice has a dry taste and is most suitable for making claypot rice.
2 When cooking rice, add oil to make the rice burn better and increase the flavor of the claypot rice.

4 You can also add a little soy sauce before eating.
