Claypot rice is part of the childhood memories of many Cantonese. The hot casserole, the dry rice, the crispy rice burnt, plus all kinds of dishes, one pot is enough.

The pork ribs claypot rice is one of the classic collocations. The addition of garlic and tempeh greatly increase the flavor of the ribs, which is very "tasteful". It is customary to add a few green vegetables to the claypot rice at the end, with meat and vegetables.

2 When cooking rice, add oil to make the rice burn better and increase the flavor of the claypot rice.
3 It is best to stir well before eating.
4 You can also add a little soy sauce before eating.
