Winter Melon Ball Soup is a very traditional and classic soup. Lamb and wax gourd are very nutritious and have many effects. The combination of the two is very good, otherwise it will not be passed down for a long time and become a frequent visitor on the table.

Winter Melon Meatball Soup

1. Add olive oil, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, and chopped green onion and ginger to the lamb and stir in one direction.

2. Peel the wax gourd and wash it well.

3. Cut into hob blocks.

4. Start the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan, then stir-fry the winter melon

5. Pour the winter melon into the boiling pot and add appropriate amount of water.

6. After boiling, the stir-fried lamb is made into balls and boiled in the pot.

7. Boil the pot again, wash the vermicelli into the pot and cook.

8. Boil until the ingredients are cooked, add salt and pepper, stir well and serve.

Tips:

After pouring the winter melon into the boiling pot, it is best to heat the water, so as not to wait for a long time to boil the winter melon over the fire.
