Winter Melon Meatball Soup

Wash the pork and chop it into minced meat. Add a tablespoon of starch and a tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir until it is strong.

Peel the wax gourd, wash it, and scoop out the balls with a scooping spoon.

Three slices of ginger and two slices of white onion.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add winter melon, sliced ginger and green onion. Bring to a boil on high fire.

Make the balls.

Cook on medium heat until the meatballs rise, add salt and chicken essence to taste.
