Winter Melon Meatball Soup

Wash the wax gourd, peel, remove the flesh and slice

Chopped green onion, ginger foam, finely chopped, star anise set aside

Scallions, sliced ginger, set aside

Meat filling, add chopped green onion, ginger froth, 1 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon chicken essence
