Winter Melon Pork

1. 1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the mushrooms in advance, and defrost the old braised soup

2. 2. Peel the winter melon and potatoes

7. 7. Cut the sliced winter melon with light soy sauce or dark soy sauce for a while

8. 8. Mushrooms and onions are very fresh, pepper powder, chili powder, water starch and stir evenly

9. 9. In a bowl with a deeper bottom, put a slice of marinated winter melon (skin side down) and a slice of potatoes into the bowl
