Winter Melon Pork Ribs Seaweed Soup

Soak the kelp in cold water in advance and cut into silk

Peel and seed winter melon, cut into pieces, flatten ginger, cut ribs

Add 2.5L of water to the pot, add the ribs and ginger to a boil over high heat, and remove the foam

Tips:
1. There is a lot of kelp after soaking, I used about 35cm here
2. The ribs are not very rich in fat, so add some salad oil appropriately
