Winter Melon, Sea Rice and Coix Seed Soup

Soak the barley in water for half a day.

Haimi soaked for use.
3.
Peel the winter melon and cut into chunks.
4.
Heat a small amount of cooking oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add half a pot of water.
6.
Add the winter melon chunks to the pot.
7.
Add the soaked sea rice.
8.
Join barley.
9.
Add oyster sauce and soy sauce after the water is boiled.
10.
Add chicken essence.

Cover the pot and cook for more than 20 minutes. Add salt when it comes out of the pot.
12.
Add a few more drops of sesame oil.
13.
Serve it out and serve it on a plate.
