Winter Melon Senbei Soup

Peel and seed the winter melon and cut into slices. Wash the fresh shellfish and set aside.

Heat two spoons of cooking oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and sauté.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot.

Put winter melon slices and fresh shellfish into the pot.

Add some chicken essence.

Add a little soy sauce.

After boiling, continue to heat on medium heat for fifteen to twenty minutes, and add a little salt.

Turn off the heat and add a few drops of sesame oil.
9.
Just put it out of the pot and serve it on the plate.
