Winter Melon Shrimp Soup

Remove the gut from the shrimp, cut off the shrimp sword and long whiskers

Winter melon peeled and sliced

Saute the ginger in a hot oil pan

Add the fried ginger oil to the pot, add some water and winter melon to boil, add the cooking wine

When the winter melon is transparent, put the shrimp in the pot and cook until the shrimp turns red and rolled up

Add salt to taste
Tips:
Finally, after adding the shrimp to the pot, there will be some froth, so use a strainer to remove the froth.
