Winter Melon Soup

Wash wax gourd to remove burrs

Cut the melon meat into pieces. Note that it requires two catties of melon meat. The skin can be put or left, but the skin also has nutritional value, so I put some, but I didn’t write it in the ingredient list.

Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add the pork bones and duck bones, cook until the color changes, take out, wash, and remove the blood

Put winter melon skin and meat, duck bones, pork, ginger and barley in a casserole, add water, cover with lid, and cook for one hour on medium heat. Finally, put a little salt and chopped coriander before serving
