Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: tube bones (washed and blanched), wax gourd (seeded, peeled, washed and sliced)

Put the blanched bone into the pressure cooker.

Next, add some clean water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add the cut winter melon, stir and boil until cooked.
8.
Finally, add the right amount of salt.
9.
Add the right amount of MSG.
10.
Season to mix and serve.
