Winter Melon with Red Sauce

Peel the winter melon, remove the flesh and cut into square slices.

Chopped green onions.

Amaranth juice.

Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the chopped green onions.

Add winter melon and stir fry.

Pour the amaranth juice.

Sprinkle with shrimp skins, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Cook until the winter melon becomes transparent and season with a little salt.
9.
After serving, add sesame oil to enhance the fragrance.
