Tips:
1. There are many types of rice wine, I use the tower brand, 8.9 yuan, there are rice wine counters in the supermarket.
2. The container must be lined with a fresh-keeping bag. The cling film is too thin and it will stick to the donkey-hide gelatin cake and cannot be torn off. That would be bad.
3. The black sesame and walnut kernels must be fried over a low fire, or in a microwave or oven, remember not to bake them.
