Toon choose to wash.

Blanch it with hot water for a short time. It can be taken out after turning green slightly. Put a little salt in the water.

Cool with cold water after it is out of the pot and drain the water.

Put it in a container and mix with cooking oil evenly.

Place brown wheat flour on the silicone mat.

Put the toon on, dipped in flour evenly and set aside.

Put a tarp on the steaming pan and spread the toon.

After the water is boiled on a high fire, put it in the steaming tray and cover the high fire to steam.

I only steamed it for 6 minutes, because the toon has been blanched and the flour on the surface is enough.

Take out the steamed dishes and let cool.

Peel the garlic and mash it into a garlic mortar.

Add a little sesame oil, balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce, mix well and set aside.

Stir the garlic paste into the vegetables, mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. I quickly blanched the toon with hot water, which can reduce the time during later steaming;
2. Mix it with oil before mixing the flour, the steamed vegetables will be looser and not easy to clump.
3. It takes 10 minutes for general root vegetables, 8 minutes for vegetables, and 6 minutes for me.
4. Don't rush to shake after steaming, wait to cool before shaking.
5. The seasoning can be adjusted according to your own preferences, you can also add chili oil if you like spicy flavor.
