Wolfberry Strawberry Jam

Fresh strawberries 🍓 cleaned.

Fresh strawberries are fermented for about 1 hour. During the fermentation process, use chopsticks to control the moisture and stir evenly.

Cut the fresh lemon in half, squeeze out the lemon juice and set aside.

Boil the water in a non-stick frying pan.

Boil for 20-30 minutes and you will be done (the time of boiling is directly related to the ingredients in the raw and ripe strawberries), add lemon juice to create a special sweet and sour taste😋😋.

Just collect the juice for a while and turn off the heat for about 2 minutes (the raw and ripe ingredients of the strawberries during the boiling process determine the degree of dissolution of the strawberry jam particles, don’t wait for the strawberries to dissolve for success). The white foam is almost suitable to fade.
