Wonton Crust Apple Pie
1.
Wash the apple, peel and core, and cut into small cubes.
2.
Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat.
3.
Pour in diced apples, sugar, and salt.
4.
Pour 1 teaspoon of boiling water and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook slowly.
5.
Cook until the apples are soft and translucent, pour in dried cranberries and mix well.
6.
Pour a little water starch to collect the juice and cool for later use. Adding water starch can make the diced apple taste smoother.
7.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper and brush it with butter, then put another piece of wonton wrapper and butter until the third piece is placed in a group, and the surface is not buttered.
8.
Take an appropriate amount of apple filling and place it in the middle.
9.
Cover the top with a set of wonton wrappers, press and glue them around and use a fork to form patterns.
10.
Put greased paper on the baking tray and put in the apple pie, and brush the surface with egg yolk liquid.
11.
Put it in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Tips:
1. The time and temperature of the oven should be adjusted according to the temperament of the oven at home.
2. If you don't like butter, you can replace it with vegetable oil, but the degree of crispness will be different.
