Wrap the wontons the night before and put them in the refrigerator to freeze. The next morning, cook the wontons. While it is steaming, add the sesame paste and other seasonings, and mix them quickly. When the thick sesame sauce reaches the nose, and the wontons are soft and fresh in the mouth, it feels like a good day starts with breakfast.

Ingredients

Wontons with Sesame Sauce

1. Add seasonings such as egg, pepper, minced ginger, starch, pepper, oyster sauce and salt to the meat filling

2. Stir in one direction and marinate for ten minutes

3. Put the right amount of meat into the middle of the bottom of the wonton wrapper

4. Fold up twice

5. Fold into a strip and fold the ends together

6. Use your fingers to press the two ends to connect (if it is too dry, stick some water), like an ingot type

7. Wrap all the wontons and set aside

8. Add appropriate amount of boiling water and a small amount of olive oil to the sesame paste.

9. Prepare other ingredients: tahini, soy sauce and vinegar, chopped shallots, minced ginger and garlic with a little salt soaked in water, dried shrimp skin and red pepper oil

10. Boil water, add the wrapped wontons after the water is boiled

11. After all the wontons are raised, cook for half a minute and remove

12. Put it in a bowl and add the prepared soy sauce, vinegar and other seasonings. If you like, you can sprinkle some shrimp skins, etc., and stir well when eating.
