Wontons with Shallots and Meat

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop pork into minced meat and set aside.
3.
Finely chop green onion and ginger.
4.
Add green onions, ginger, pepper, salt and soy sauce to the minced meat and stir well.
5.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put on the filling.
6.
Fold up diagonally.
7.
Pinch it up on both sides.
8.
When everything is done, put it in the pot and cook, and then add your favorite seasoning.
Tips:
1. Add some water during the mixing process of minced meat, so that the filling can be better mixed.
2. Stir in the same direction when stirring.
