Wuhan Hot Dry Noodles

Put the peanuts in a cold oil pot and stir fry on low heat

It can't stop until it changes color. Turn off the fire. Hold out

Put water in the pot. Boil the dry noodles for two minutes under the boiling water.

Remove and add appropriate amount of cooking oil and mix well. Blow dry with a fan

Chopped green onions. Ground peanuts. Capers are readily available in supermarkets. If you have red bean curd, you can add some. It's useless if my home is not there

Add the sesame paste to a cold boil and stir well. Release the sesame oil. Put some cooking oil on it. Stir well and set aside

Cook some chili oil. Use the red oil on top for a while.

Put all the ingredients on the noodles. Finally, pour the salt into it with water

Try to use the red oil on the cooked chili to look good and delicious.
10.
Made a big bowl, enough for two people.
Tips:
Use cooked oil and oh for the sesame paste. Try to use spring onions to taste.
