Wuhan Traditional Hot Dry Noodles

1. Prepare ingredients: chopped green onion, salt, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, pepper, sugar, sesame oil, sesame paste, vinegar, chili oil.

2. Put the hot and dry noodles bought in the outside into boiling water for 20 seconds, remove them and put them in a bowl.

Tips:

You must buy freshly ground sesame paste at the vegetable market, it is pure sesame paste and not other adulterants! This is the key to the success or failure of hot dried noodles. Another hot noodle must not be hot!
