Xiabuxiabu Cold Seaweed

1. Soak kelp in water

2. Kelp shredded

3. Chopped garlic

4. Heat the pan into the oil, and burn until blue smoke comes out

5. Pour in the minced garlic and mix well

6. Add Xiabuxiabu crayfish seasoning

7. Boil until boiling

8. Add the oil just cooked

9. Add water to the stock pot

10. After boiling the water, add the kelp shreds

11. After cooking for ten minutes, remove and drain the water

12. Dip into Xiabuxiabu seasoning and marinate for 20 minutes before eating
