First cut the leek into sections, shred carrots, cabbage, and lean meat, soak dried mushrooms in warm water and shred, scatter eggs, mince ginger and garlic, and chopped green onions

Boil the water in a pot, boil the fried noodles and remove them

Fry the silky pork in a hot pan with cold oil, leave a little oil in the pan, fry the eggs, and put them in a bowl for later use; then add carrots, cabbage, leeks, dried shiitake mushrooms and fry them until fragrant. Stir-fry the boiled noodles over low heat, stir-fry and season them slightly.
Tips:
1. When frying the noodles, make sure to have a low heat, otherwise it will stick to the pot
2. Add a little more oil when frying the noodles
3. Don't put too much light soy sauce, otherwise the color will be black
