Xiaobaicai Millet Noodles: Fragrant!
1.
I am going to drink millet noodles, peanuts soaked last night. The peanuts are soaked and cooked well.
2.
Add appropriate amount of water, add peanuts, sliced ginger, green onion, star anise, salt to medium heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
3.
The cooked peanuts are set aside.
4.
Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil in a boiling pot, and cook 4 small handfuls of millet on medium heat for a while (about 15 minutes).
5.
Thinly slice the carrots.
6.
Wash and shred the cabbage for later use.
7.
Put carrot slices in.
8.
Simmer for a while.
9.
Cook until the millet is golden brown and the carrots are cooked through.
10.
I bought the noodles for 50 cents, but I didn't use it up, and used about 30 cents for the noodles. (Serves for 2 people)
11.
Put the noodles in a boil and copy them with chopsticks to prevent sticking to the bottom. In terms of how thin the noodles are, the millet porridge is thinner and thicker, and the thickness of the noodles is appropriately reduced. Millet noodles should be thin or thick.
12.
Add the cabbage and bring to a boil.
13.
Season with salt and chicken essence.
14.
Scoop the marinated peanuts into an appropriate amount (no soup).
15.
Scallion, ginger, garlic, and dried red pepper are set aside.
16.
Heat an appropriate amount in a pot, stir-fry the green onion, ginger, garlic, and dried red pepper until slightly yellow and fragrant.
17.
Pour in the fried onion, ginger, garlic oil.
18.
Stir well and serve.
