Xinjiang Baked Buns (halal Version)

Cut the green onion into the minced beef filling, add salt, pepper powder, and sesame oil and mix well. Chop the onion and add the cumin powder to 2 and mix well. Add water and beat vigorously. Put the whipped beef mince in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Knead the whole wheat flour with water to form a smooth dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it dry for 30 minutes. Sprinkle thin flour on the panel, take out the dough that has been made and knead it evenly, knead it into a strip, and pull it into a uniform size agent. Remove the paste and squeeze it into thin dough slices. Spread the chilled beef minced stuffing in the middle.
