Xo Sauce Money Egg

Put the eggs in the pot, add water to cook and let cool.

Peel the egg skin.

Cut the cooked eggs into slices.

Sprinkle starch evenly on the egg slices to make the egg slices stick to the starch and not break easily when frying.

Brush a layer of oil in the pan and heat.

Fry the egg slices in the pan.

After setting the shape, turn over and continue frying.

Add two spoons of XO sauce, mix with egg slices, and stir fry for a while.

Sprinkle a handful of chopped green onions on a plate.

Just serve it and you can eat it.
