Pour glutinous rice flour and corn starch into a glass bowl.

Add water and sugar, and stir until there is no dry powder.

Heat in the microwave until fully cooked, add animal oil, and stir until smooth.

Whip the cream with granulated sugar until nine is distributed.

Divide the snow skin material into ten parts, take one part and round it, squeeze it with the palm of your hand, and roll the rolling pin into a big one.
