Xylitol Bear Cake

Prepare the ingredients.

Separate the egg white from the egg yolk, and add corn oil to the egg yolk.

Add milk.

Stir well.

Beat the egg whites into an oil- and water-free stainless steel basin, and add a few drops of white vinegar.

Add xylitol to the egg white three times for whisking.

Dispense until stiff foaming.

Sift the flour into the egg yolk mixture.

Pour the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk and flour, and turn it up and down until there are no flour particles.

Grease the mold, pour the cake batter, and fill it in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
