Xylitol Pea Yellow

First, pick out 230 grams of peeled peas to remove impurities and sand.

Then add about twice the amount of water and use an electric pressure cooker to choose and keep the pressure for 25 minutes

After the steam in the pressure cooker is finished, sieve the cooked beans and sift them directly into the stainless steel wok.

Add 60 grams of xylitol and heat.

Keep mixing until you see that the pattern disappears slowly and the bean paste is very sticky.

Pour it into a LOCK box while it is hot, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator overnight after allowing it to cool.

The next day, take it out and cut it into small pieces.
Tips:
Pea yellow does not contain any preservatives, so it is best not to keep it after eating it on the same day.
