Yakult Black Sesame Toast

Pour Yakult into the bread machine.

Add other dough materials and knead to the expansion stage.

Add butter, salt, and black sesame seeds for the last 5 minutes, and knead until complete.

Put it in a pot and ferment at room temperature to double its size.

After the fermentation is complete, divide the dough into 4 portions, vent, round and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it into a tongue shape.

Roll up. Relax for 10 minutes after all.

Roll out the dough again.

Roll it up and put it in the mold.

Put it in a warm and humid place for a second shot.

Cover the toast cover when it reaches 9 minutes full and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour it out immediately, let it cool, and store it in a bag.
