Soft buns, suitable for families with babies, one bite at a time. Never worry about the bread being crumpled by the baby because it is too big.

Yakult Cranberry Croutons

1. Put the main ingredients into the cook machine, knead to the expansion stage, add butter and knead to the complete stage.

2. Cover and ferment to double the size.

3. Fermentation is complete.

4. Let the dough vent and relax for 15 minutes.

5. Roll out the noodles.

6. Sprinkle cranberries on 2/3 of the dough.

7. Fold in the middle 1/3 of the blank of the dough.

8. Fold again.

9. Fold up and down to the middle.

10. Roll it out.

11. Cut into small pieces. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven and start the fermentation mode for 40 minutes.

12. Brush the surface with a layer of whole egg liquid.

13. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.

Tips:

The baking time depends on the personal oven temperature.
The water absorption of each brand of flour is different, so reserve 15g of water when making it.
The best bread must be kneaded until the film is pulled out.
