7. Start the bread machine fermentation program (ferment for 1 hour in winter and half an hour in summer. The room temperature is higher, and it can be directly fermented at room temperature.)

8. Prove the dough to 2.5 times its size.

9. Divide the dough evenly into three balls, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

11. Roll it out again into a long strip, roll up the dough, place it with the mouth down, put the dough in the mold, put it in the oven for the second fermentation, and ferment at 38 degrees to full mold.

12. Brush a little egg liquid on the surface, put it into the preheated oven, and fire up and down 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. (Please refer to the temper of your own oven for time and temperature). If the surface is darker, you can cover it with a piece of tin foil.

Tips:
