Yakult Toast

Put all the main ingredients into the bucket of the cook machine.

Start the first gear to knead the dough into a ball, and turn to the second gear to knead to the expansion stage.

Add butter and knead until complete.

Cover and ferment to double the size.

Exhaust the dough and divide it into three smaller portions.

Take a piece of dough, roll it out into a tongue shape, and roll it up.

It is best to cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it out again.

Roll up.

Put them into the mold one by one.

Put a bowl of hot water in the oven and start the fermentation mode for 40 minutes.

After the fermentation is complete, put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.
Tips:
The baking time depends on the personal oven temperature.
The water absorption of each brand of flour is different, so reserve 15g of water when making it.
The best toast must be kneaded until the film is pulled out.
