Yam and Egg Sweet Soup

Peel the yam and cut it diagonally and put it in salt water.

Bring a pot and add a proper amount of water to a boil, then add the yam.

Cook for about 5 minutes and add sugar.

Knock in the egg again, the egg can be beaten in a spoon and boiled for a while to set the shape.

After adding the eggs, cook them slowly over a low heat.

Boil until the eggs are cooked through.

It's served.
