Yam and Taro Mud Mooncakes

Peel and cut yam and taro.
2.
Blanch them in water.
3.
Separately add white sugar and grind into a puree
4.
Apply butter on the mold
5.
Bottom with yam mud
6.
Salted egg yolk wrapped in taro mash and rolled into balls
7.
Put it on the yam mud
8.
Fill the yam mud and compact it.
9.
Cut it open and take a look-the filling is crooked.
