Yam Black Sesame Paste

The yam is peeled, washed, and steamed in an electric pressure cooker.

Break the steamed yam into small pieces and put them in the food processor.

Add an appropriate amount of cooked black sesame seeds and add an appropriate amount of hot water. Just make a fine paste.

Pour it into a bowl and add a little sugar to taste according to your preference.
Tips:
The black sesame must be fried to make it more fragrant.
It is best to use some noodles or iron yam instead of yam that has a lot of moisture and a crunchy texture.
